Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada at the moment. You can view the "US Shipping" and "International Shipping" within this page (FAQs).
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees once it clears customs in Canada.
If you are outside of these countries and would like to purchase our products, please contact support@trymeloair.com. Standard shipping rates apply for international orders.
If you order between M-F 8 am-3 PM PST, we will pack and ship your order out within 1-2 business days. Whichever shipping option you choose, please add that onto the timeline to receive your order.
Payments, Returns, and Exchanges
In the case that you received a defective product, please contact Support@trymeloair.com and we will issue a full refund. It is our goal to supply premium sleep aid products and fuel happy customers.
Pending transactions are common in banking and usually appear when a single or multiple payment attempts are made.
Only one of the attempted payment would be approved and would push through.
If the payment goes through, it will be finalized on your statement, and we’ll receive the payment. If it doesn’t go through, the pending transaction should automatically disappear from your statement within a business day or two.

We accept all major credit card providers. We do not accept Cash App or Gift cards unless the gift cards are purchased on our site.
Yes, MELO Air diffusers can typically be taken on flights as they do not contain nicotine or tobacco derivatives. However, each airline and airport may have its own specific rules, so we recommend checking with your airline beforehand. Make sure to pack it in your carry-on as some airlines may not allow it in checked luggage.
US Shipping Questions:
All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. Once orders have shipped please allow 2 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 3 pm PST on Fridays will not be processed until the following week.
Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of Covid-19, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. These new policies are to keep our warehouse staff safe and you safe. All shipping partners that we use have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff.
All our shipping is done via USPS. We ship to the US and Canada only.

DDP – Delivered Duties Paid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout.
DDU – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. The customer assumes the responsibility of any applicable fees.

How are Taxes and Duties Calculated:
For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.
For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
We recommend purchasing in your local currency to then be converted by your local bank for the best rates.
We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.
