1. If you notify us within 10 days of any concerns with your product or order, we will do everything possible to assist you. Unfortunately, if 10 days have gone by after your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing. If packages are received in poor condition, we will be unable to provide a full refund or replacement.

3. To complete your return, please follow the steps outlined below:

a. Carefully package your things, ensuring that they are in re-saleable condition (i.e. brand new condition, in original packaging).

b. Include your name, address, order number, and the reason for the return.

c. Ensure that the address label on your package is correct:

d. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to advise you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

e. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or original mode of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

  2. Once approved, ship your return as instructed and provide tracking details to our support team.

We reserve the right to investigate thoroughly any claims we suspect to be false or fraudulent.
