The blackberry sleep gummies are the only thing I've found that actually work for me. The only problem is that they taste so good, you'll wish you could just eat them like candy! I like the blackberry so much, I haven't even tried the other flavor yet.
The flavor taste pretty good. Will have to try a different one soon.
