Started using the Arctic Mint to help my 40+ year smoking addiction. It's not easy, but so far, so good. The idea of using a vaping device that still expels vapor is helping to trick my brain into thinking I'm smoking, as it's more the action of smoking that's hard to quit. The taste is great, not too overpowering, and neither is the smell, so I can use it while at work and not offend clients with the scent of smoke. It took some getting used to because I'm used to cigarettes, and the first puff of the diffuser made me cough hard. But I'll get used to it. I also have the Caramel Coffee diffuser, but I haven't tried it yet. If this works and curbs my addiction, then I'll be signing up for a subscription. Too early to give a 5-star review, but it's inching that way. Fingers crossed!
